Standard Ca Lease Agreement

California Rental Lease Agreements are written documents used for the establishment of a binding agreement in which a tenant agrees to pay rent in exchange for living or working in a rented property. Contracts are concluded between two (2) parties: a lessor (rental manager) and the tenant(s) (those who live or work in rental). The forms outline the legal responsibilities of landlords and tenants and aim to ensure that there is little or no confusion about the rental amount, incidental costs, repairs, contact methods and much more. If the lessor has real knowledge of the rental property located in a flood zone, he must inform the tenant in the rental agreement with a minimum registration of 8 points.
